wahlau's online hut

Been really a while since i last updated the site - you only get things older than 2010 because my provider had a bad "hiccup" last year and the things posted between the 2009 and 2010 were not retrievable. So i have just recovered the site from an old backup (yeah, my fault) and leave it there while i have other priorities to catch up with.

entering 2011 i think it is time to resume and restart some of the stuffs i have put aside in 2010 due to the dissertation stress/need. Seeing that time does not wait, it is also necessary to reorganize my life and priorities. This blog should go on as how it has been before - linux/FOSS, tech and perhaps a glimpse into things i work on in my research. FOSS will still be the priority, because i strongly believe in choices and especially good ones that not only save you money but also open up opportunities to great people with great skills.

I am going to start this year with this video - hope you like it and learn something from it too.
