if you follow this blog, you will find i write more on personal finance and loans . It is not only because i get paid for writing them, but i do think i have something to share about when it comes to this topic. I notice around us everyone is complaining about not being paid well, and money looks constantly smaller than before. But yet, do you see people spending less? instead they have still this high spending power. Where did the money come from?

I believe some are indeed using their hard earned money to enjoy the fruits of their hardwork. But some aren't. They might be living on future money - from loans, credit card, refinance or even mortgage loans. I am not against such things, and when the timing and planning are right, you can make use of them to help you achieving your dreams and goals. But we all have this soft part in our heart. We will take them when tempted, especially when they are being offered easily and everywhere. 

From my experience, i believe in the saying "never wear a hat too big for your head". We constantly believe that we need almost everything. After an advertisement in TV, you will think how nice if i can do/own that too.
That is the point of marketing. You should feel attracted to the products shown. But ultimately, we must examine what we need and what we love to have. Else we will spend more than we have, and might fall into traps of bad finances.
