wahlau's online hut

yeah, after some hard work, we've got kitchen, toilet and half of our bedroom done with wall paper. That is like almost 6 hours of work. Not bad if i would count myself as first timer to do any of these handywork. The result? pictures speaks more than words.

the photos are made using the n70, so don't complain about the quality. i think we like the new colour concepts - contrasts, different colours for different rooms, and combinations. The only room with 1 colour is perhaps the guest room. well, don't have to scare people when they visit us, right? We did saved some money since we bought the wall papers in a stall with cheap offers - at the other shop, the same thing cost almost double! That is real nice when we can save some money (that is gonna be like RM500 cheaper, imagine that.)

today we will get some kitchen stuffs in. Bought a set from a nice lady 50km away, and arranged transportation today. As soon as stuffs are in, we can start fixing things. Plans:

1. get the rest of the house wall-papered up.
2. get the floors done.
3. pack old stuffs
4. transport stuffs.

And all these in 10 days' time. It sounded like very short time, since we still have to work during the week days. But i think with good planning, and lots of help from good friends we will make it.
