I have always wanted to post more stuffs, but i think due to time and things around us since end of last year, we ended up catching up undone stuffs or just too lazy to do something on our blogs... But i think we are slowly done with some of the backlogs, and taking more time to rest and regain control of things we want and like to do.

One thing that i will do now for sure, is to post shots from the still-quite-new Olympus E-410 i bought a few months ago. Perhaps the contents of blog updates will lean towards photolog or lifelog instead, but i hope at least you will be updated with things around us, pictorially :)

Since our visits to Italy a few years ago, we have actually acquired the love towards Italian pasta. Especially after watching Jamie Oliver occasionally on Saturdays we are even more motivated to try it out ourselves. The result - more and more pastas were cooked :)

If you also like Italian pasta, i strongly recommend you to try it out. It is really not as hard as we might think. Once you get the main idea right, all you need is some creativity and good bottle of Olive oil, and you are ready for some real nice tasty pasta.  Like vege? throw some spinach in. Perhaps seafood? get some fresh gambas and fried them with minced garlic. Meat anyone? Use minced meat or diced bacons plus sauce of your choice. Put them on your noodle and you are ready for a yummy simple dish, and a beautiful evening.
