i arrived in Germany 2 days ago, and after a short rest at home, i went back to office to pretend to work. It was ok, i thought, though i could not really concerntrate as usual (well, jet-lag works).
But the worst experience was the day after. I guess i did not get enough sleep as i should. Was having slight headache which went off after breakfast, so i went to work as usual. But til afternoon around 3pm, i start to feel drowsy and even threw out. So i know it is no longer an excuse not to work, but a strong sign that i need rest. Left office at about 4pm, and right after i reached home, i dropped on my bed and slept.
when i finally woke up, it is already 6am the next day. Well... i broke another record right in the beginning of a new year - 14 hours of continuous sleep! now, isn't that a great way to start a new year 
note to self: next time don't be so stingy in taking leave... better rest more than running around thinking i am still 21.
