moving to opensync brought me some hope in getting Series 60 phones to sync with linux desktops. It was pretty hard to find working solution to sync nokia phones (was having a Nokia 6260) and i have always thought it is impossible to do so, until i found this thread in ubuntuforums.org. It is somehow mentioned that the E series can be sync'ed using opensync. This got me pretty curious :)
when i say tablet, i mean the Nokia 770. :)
please come back soon for a brief (p)review on the wonderful Canola running on maemo platform. It is scheduled to be released on 29th November 2006. Please be patient :)
today reading from the nokia 770 tableteer's feeds, and realised that an update for the IT OS 2006 was released on 3th November. being me, the next thing is to grab the update image and install :) so far it took me around 20 minutes to get things up and my network configured. for those who wants the link, here is the news release, and you can go download from the image page. If you need info on how to flash your Nokia 770, read this.

for download of iso, i propose to use the torrent file. Then you can also help to distribute the iso to others who might need it from a computer near (or not near) you . For Upgraders (like me), check out the upgrade instructions.
so i'm off to my alternate and normal iso download. see you soon :)

being told by byte, i quickly went searching and found it: Gizmo project on Nokia 770! if you have not heard of Gizmo, it is just like what you understand with Skype:
