If you have been following different sport events, you might also followed Olympic games. Every 4 years there will be a huge sport event, gathering the best from every country to compete for the honour and pride. And months (or weeks) before the grand event the Olympic Flame will be carreid by different people from Athen to the place of the event, then the openning ceremony of the Olympic Games of the year will be ended with this flame.

For the Beijing 2008 it is planed to have the relay carried for 130 days over 137,000km! And this is not the end - i got to know that Samsung, as one of the sponsors of Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch Relay is looking for passionate torchbearers to carry the flame. But their criteria is differnt - they are looking for local heroes to have the honour. You might ask who are the so-called local heroes... to my opinion, they are people who selflessly done things for the benefit of others around them in different places. Perhaps you are one of them... and i think through this project it is a great sign to reward local heroes that have done so much for the society and country.

Why not vote your favourite local hero and nominate torchbearers for the historic Torch Relay to theBeijing 2008 Olympic Games? They will have this chance when you nominate them.
